Your session will begin with a consultation with a professional Doctor who will identify the Dosha Prakriti and suggest the appropriate oil for Abhyanga. Then warm oil will be applied to the entire body from the scalp to the soles of the feet. The massage therapist will use gentle kneading techniques and massage the muscles in delicate motions to induce relaxation. Abhyanga does not only concentrate on manipulating muscles and tissues of the body but also a person’s aura and energy field.
