This week, we'll look at a few nice places to visit in Abu Dhabi. No matter if you live there or want to come over for a little staycation, these are well worth it. Let us know if you find them useful and we'll be back next week with other exciting tips.
Tip: You still need a green pass in your Alhosn app to enter indoor public spaces. Make sure you get it before heading down to Abu Dhabi.

Dinner&walk at Al Qana promenade
Al Qana promenade is new fancy waterfront area with many cafés, restaurants and a also a home to the National Aquarium Abu Dhabi - the largest aquarium in the Middle East. The best is to head here in the evening when you can walk near the water or try their water taxi. Combine with a nice sushi dinner at Otoro and finish with a coffee, try Space Café or way quieter Tjaarz Coffee Work. Free outdoor parking is available and there's a couple of bridges connecting both banks.

Try wakeboarding at Al Forsan water park
Al Forsan International Sports Resort is home to many exciting activities but wakeboarding is by far our favourite! It has the only proper cable park in the UAE where both beginners and advanced riders have fun. There 2 lakes with cables - one slower for beginners and kids and one faster with more advanced obstacles.
You can rent all the equipment there and if you've never tried it, cable operators will always give you a bunch of tips on how to start (there's also a single line cable to practice). One hour of wakeboarding costs 137 AED and after your session, you can enjoy their new cabanas and have a bite or cold drink.

Have a breakfast at SLA Café
SLA Cafe is a relaxed cafe in the embassy quarter between Al Bateen Executive airport and Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
You can enjoy their delicious breakfast - Avocado&Humus toast or Scrambled Eggs toast are highly recommended. Their coffee is great too.
Compared to other similar cafés, you'll find the atmosphere way more relaxed and enjoyable and the friendly staff will welcome you with a shot of fresh juice as soon as you sit yourself down. There is a free parking available.
See you next week!
